Dr. Ashley Barker and Denine Stevenson have been working in women's health for nearly a decade. Our journey towards PUSH Programs began when we met during the early development of one of Ashley's postnatal programs. Having experienced the challenges of the early postpartum days firsthand, we understand the struggles of navigating the vast amount of information regarding exercise during the perinatal period. Our mission is to empower you by sharing everything we know about modifying exercise during this critical time and to create a supportive community that uplifts and inspires. We are here to guide you, support you, and celebrate your progress every step of the way. We are delighted to have you join us on this transformative journey towards better health and well-being.
